1. Agreement to Terms

2. Provision of NDIS Services

Advance Care Hands is a registered provider under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

• Service Agreements: Before the commencement of formal supports, an individualised Service Agreement must be established and signed by both parties outlining the specific supports, scheduling, and hourly rates in accordance with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements.
• Compliance: We guarantee that all services provided will strictly comply with the guidelines stipulated by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

3. Participant Responsibilities

To ensure we can provide the safest and most effective care, participants agree to:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date health information, NDIS plan details, and environmental safety disclosures.
• Treat our staff, support workers, and contractors with respect. Abuse or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated and may lead to immediate suspension of services.
• Provide a minimum required notice period for cancellations as outlined in your individual Service Agreement (ordinarily 7 clear days to avoid short-notice cancellation fees permitted under NDIS guidelines).

4. Payment and Invoicing

Invoicing rates are tied precisely to the current NDIS Support Catalogue. We will process invoices differently depending on your selected plan management style:

• NDIA-Managed: We claim directly from the portal over the NDIS API.
• Plan-Managed: Invoices are sent directly to your nominated Plan Manager with an expected payment term of 7-14 days.
• Self-Managed: Invoices are sent directly to you for prompt payment within 7 days.

5. Website Usage and Intellectual Property

The content, design, graphics, and materials available on this website are the intellectual property of Advance Care Hands or have been officially licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative digital or physical works without our express written consent. The site is provided on an "as-is" basis, and we make no unwritten guarantees regarding uninterrupted website availability.

6. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Advance Care Hands holds zero liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or inability to access our digital platforms. Your rights concerning the actual physical NDIS supports executed fall under the purview of Australian Consumer Law and NDIS framework regulations.
